Comedy Night: John Fugelsang & Frank Conniff

On Friday, November 1st at 8PM, join us for a DOUBLE HEADLINER comedy night featuring John Fugelsang and TV's Frank Conniff of Mystery Science 3000!

John Fugelsang has appeared in diverse projects as an actor, ranging from CSI and Providence to Coyote Ugly. As a comedian, he has performed at the US Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen and the Just for Laughs Festival in Montréal and made over 20 appearances on Politically Incorrect.

In 2007, he premiered the acclaimed solo show All The Wrong Reasons Off-Broadway at New York Theatre Workshop. The show received a Drama League nomination for "Distinguished Performance". New York Magazine said "Fugelsang has the soul of an iconoclast" and The New York Daily News said the piece "packed an unexpectedly lovely and life-affirming wallop."

Additional film, television, and stage credits include Becker, Somewhere in the City, The Michael Richards Show, Beyond Belief, Chicken Soup for the Soul, Hamlet, Blue Window, and Savage in Limbo. Fugelsang also appeared in the 2015 documentary film Dream On.

Fugelsang has hosted George Harrison: The Last Performance and Paul McCartney's Live Town Hall on VH1. He was also on America's Funniest Home Videos (co-hosting with Daisy Fuentes), and was a regular on CNBC's Bullseye and Fox News's Red Eye. He was the co-host of the World Series of Blackjack.

He's been featured on CNN, Fox News, Dennis Miller, The Young Turks, Air America, CNBC, and MSNBC. He served as the host on the Current TV political talk show, So That Happened. Additionally, he has contributed to Current TV's coverage of the 2012 presidential campaign. Since January 12, 2015, Fugelsang has been hosting Tell Me Everything, a talk show on SiriusXM Insight.

Frank Conniff is a comedy writer and performer who began his TV career writing for the Peabody Award-winning Comedy Central series Mystery Science Theater 3000, where he also played TVís Frank, the bumbling yet lovable mad scientist sidekick. He then went on to be a writer, producer, and actor on the ABC TV series Sabrina the Teenage Witch and he was a writer and producer on The Drew Carey Show on ABC, The New Tom Green Show on MTV, and the satirical series O2BE on the Oxygen Network, where he was also a cast member. He was head writer of the animated Nickelodeon series Invader Zim, and also was a writer and producer for the Air America Radio network, where he provided material for on-air personalities Rachel Maddow, Marc Maron, Lizz Winstead, Al Franken, Janeane Garofalo, and Randi Rhodes. He was a writer and performer on Viewpoint with John Fugelsang on Current TV, and on Totally Biased with W. Kamau Bell on the FXX network, and he also writes and performs on The Jimmy Dore Show and appeared regularly on Tell Me Everything with John Fugelsang on the SiriusXM Insight channel. He is the writer and star of a live stage show, Cartoon Dump, and he writes, produces and directs original musical comedy radio plays for his podcast, Podhouse 90. He is currently touring the country with Trace Beaulieu in a live movie-riffing show, The Mads Are Back, and podcasting regularly on Movie Sign with the Mads.
